Post House

Post House, designed by Workshop/APD, is a stunning modern tribute to the site's original occupant, the Times Plaza Post Office. Located on Atlantic Avenue, the 11-story building's white masonry facade and tall, arched windows pay homage to the past, while the geometric black metal cladding on the upper floors adds a contemporary touch. This juxtaposition allows for spacious outdoor terraces on the higher floors, and on Pacific Avenue, Post House mimics the three-bay configuration of the surrounding rowhomes with three entrances. Workshop/APD also designed the interiors, which feature luxurious condominiums and townhouses with private outdoor spaces, arched windows, and stunning detailing. The building's amenities, including a secret garden-like courtyard, light-filled residents' lounge, and rooftop gym, create a sense of community for residents to relax and come together. With its prime location in Boerum Hill, Post House offers easy access to everything from world-class parks to cultural attractions, making it an ideal place to call home.
